Let me start by saying that I wish I could give this filthy place a minus five stars. Starting from their dirtiness all the way up to the quality of their food and especially their employees. I have been on several honeybaked ham stores and I have never experienced such a bad moment like the one I experienced yesterday. Went to the store and there was no one there. Empty. Not.a.single.soul. Asked for a turkey whole wheat sandwich to the sleepy woman that was behind the counter doing nothing. She said "one moment" and went to the refrigerator, came out TEN MINUTES LATER and didn't even look at me! Asked again - and she finally responded that she can't do a sandwich because their "policy" for the "holiday" is not to make any customized sandwiches. She then began to prepare the same sandwich I wanted...ON A CROISSANT!! mind you...twenty five minutes had passed so far. I inquired again if she could just change the bread for whole wheat since I am on a very strict diet. She said "one moment" again!!! And went for TWENTY MINUTES to the back office. At this point I don't know who was more stupid: me for waiting on a completely dumb, useless employee with no customer service manners, or her for treating me like a piece of crap!!!! I asked her if she was going to do my sandwich and she BARKED that she will not do it even if she had the ingredients in front of her and STILL NO CUSTOMERS coming into the store!!! I then inquired for a manager and she said she IS the Manager!!! Oh Lord...of course I am calling headquarters and I really hope she gets fired or a seriously reprimanded...I left almost 45 minutes with my lunch time completely wasted and NO FOOD!!!! Avoid this store!!! Is filthy and no need to say...no customer service or education and respect is delivered to customers. Avoid!!!

I came from Michigan where honeybaked ham was my favorite. I came to this location by house and was discussed. The girl that made my sandwhich kept her gloves on when she went into the cooler to do wherever and even answered the phone with her gloves on then continued with those same gloves touching my sandwhich! Gross I Even worked at one and this girl was rude and wouldn't explain to me my bread choices. Step your game up!

Like Emma L. I love their honey baked ham. Every year around Christmas/Thanksgiving I crave the sweet and salty crusted ham. What I don't crave are the long lines during the Holiday season. So beware, this is a tiny parking lot and they even hire police to manage parking (they do a fantastic job). But that's just to be expected, and Honey Baked makes it so much better by offering free samples as you wait in line. To my delightful surprise, the line went by super fast! The staff really knows what they're doing here.

Before you go to Honey Baked Ham there are two things you should know. First, it is strictly takeout. There are no in house dining tables, chairs or other such facilities. Second, your Yelp Check-in for a free drink and chips with the purchase of a sandwich may or may not be honored depending upon who is behind the counter. When I hit mine, the pop-up clearly stated that it had expired on December 21, 2013. Why it remains as a Yelp Check-in pop-up, I haven't a clue. I've been to this particular Honey Baked Ham outlet several times. I've had their smoked turkey sandwich, purchased one of their hams as a holiday gift and most recently had one of their "Classic" sandwiches which consisted of a couple of slices of their Honey Baked, a slice of Swiss cheese, tomato, mayonnaise and a sort of smoky hickory flavored mustard in a croissant roll. Both of the sandwiches I had were indeed very good, the ham ingredient in the one particularly good as it should be since it is their specialty. However overall, a sandwich and though very good, not exceptional. For myself, should I return, I think I might go for one of their custom specialty sandwiches of which they have a base selection consisting of five choices or better yet, choose the "Build Your Own" giving me a choice option in their Honey Baked meats, cheeses, sauces and breads. As for the service, seemingly rather uncaring, sort of giving me the feeling that I was more of an annoyance to them than a customer whose money pays their wages.

The Honey Baked Ham Co has been around a long time, and if you've ever driven by around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, then you've seen the line of cars that leads into this tasty little take-out spot. Holidays mean big business for this shop, whereas the rest of the year it is easy in, easy out. It's been in this location for many, many years, so in a town where many restaurants are here today and gone tomorrow, only the best stay in business & that speaks volumes about their product. Note there aren't tables and chairs to eat-in- you have to take-out the goodies on this menu of smoked or roasted turkey, honey ham, ribs, roast beef- all sold by the pound- and an array of packaged sides like mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, potato salad, and others. Catering is available, and individual meals are offered for lunch: sandwiches, sides, sodas, chips, salads, and cookies. I stopped in to grab lunch on the go, and really enjoyed my turkey-bacon-swiss-ranch sandwich on wheat bread. In the ads, croissants and rolls are shown, however the counter gal didn't ask about the bread I wanted and had already started preparing mine on the sliced bread, so I didn't ask about other options (my sandwich was a-ok!). The menu says a pickle accompanies the meal, but I didn't get one- bummer. I highly recommend you try the hickory honey mustard- if you're a fan of condiments, as I am, you'll be addicted (it's far better than Boar's Head honey mustard). I had the mandarin pineapple dream on the side, lightly creamy and very delicious. Overall good quality, fast, and a tasty summertime alternative to cooking.

I came back today because I truly like their sandwiches. I have to say that I was helped by the Store Manager itself. Robin, it is such a pleasure to deal with you. The same obnoxious lady from before prepared my sandwich and this time everything was much better. Hopefully, they will keep the good vibr and Customer Service here, but I will not be sure until I don't go a couple of times more.

this will b short and sweet. like the ham. the delicious sweet mouth watering succulent ham. ahh the sandwiches i made. w the help of the fantastic honey mustard mayo they sell. yes i said HONEY MUSTARD MAYO. holy poop. yes i also said poop. the manager is always friendly and helpful which is a plus and the pound of ham gave us many many heavenly meals. ahh bliss. we will def go back. they also make to go sandwiches so if ur drving by and ur hungry give it a try. much healthier and in my(very)humble opinion,much tastier than a fast food burger loaded w crap. enjoy! thanks 4 reading

After the ham I just ate I will have no problem giving The Honey Baked Ham 5 stars!! It was possibly the best ham sannggwiichh (yes I said sanggwwichh) I've ever had. My girlfriend and I bought a pound of ham as well as the hickory honey mustard sauce they sell there. She whipped up a sanggwich at the house and I was in HAM SANGGWICH HEAVEN! While there the staff and manager were extremely helpful. I will definitely come back here for seconds!
